Send your passport scan copy for your trip booking confirmation. We need your scan passport copy to make ready Bhutan Travel permit, Trekking Permit, booking your International flights or issue permit and visa previously.
We take minimum 20% advance amount from our clients for confirming the trip, in the case of our old clients and regular group leader trip advance amount is not require.
We are flexible in cancellation; last hour cancellation may lose some amount because of cancellation of air ticket, cancellation Travel Permit Cancellation of accommodation and so on. We will provide you proof to claim.
We can get your payment by credit card (Visa and Master), you can wire amount in Dream Bhutan Travel & Tours bank account or pay cash at your arrival. Cash could be your own currency or local rupees in converted rate.
For your confirmation of booking, we may ask you to pay some advance payment. Amount is depending on different kind of trip. We will suggest you the amount while corresponding each other.
Most of our trips of Nepal are free cancellation in a month prior of travel, There will be cancellation charge in some of our trip containing international flights to Bhutan and Tibet and visa. Dream Bhutan Travel & Tours provide our term and condition including cancellation policy in the time of confirmation any trips in Bhutan, Nepal, Tibet and Mount Kailash.
The cost of your tours and adventures does not cover your insurance.
Dream Bhutan Travel strongly recommends that the client purchases the comprehensive travel insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal luggage, money and public liability before you travel. Dream Bhutan Travel reserves the right to refuse admission as a passenger unless the client has arranged appropriate insurance. Dream Bhutan Travel accepts no responsibility for loss or personal damage to personal belongings or liability for personal injury/death. You may also wish to indemnify Dream Bhutan Travel & Tours against all third – party claims, actions, damages and remedies that may be brought against the Dream Bhutan Travel in respect of your travel.
Travel health information
Client should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. Client are solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of government in countries visited or transited.
Travelers to Tibet, (Specially to Mount Kailash, Everest Base Camp and Trekking in Tibet) are required to provide a doctor’s certificate stating that they are fit to travel and their blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement because of the possible effects that the very high altitude may have on certain people.
Should you feel unsatisfied with any service we have provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.
In the event of the complaint or claim for compensation, clients must inform Dream Bhutan Travel by email, regular mail or fax within 15 days from the conclusion of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Dream Bhutan Travel & Tours won't be liable for any claims made later than 15 calendars days after the completion of your tour.

Under no circumstances can Dream Bhutan Travel be held responsible for any delays in program caused by international or domestic flights, general strikes, political unrest, new government regulations, weather or natural casualties or unpredictable environmental calamities, something beyond of our control, etc. In such cases, Dream Bhutan Travel shall be responsible for providing suitable alternatives which could be decided upon mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be made, Dream Bhutan Travel shall be responsible ONLY for refund after deducting expenses already incurred.
