Had a great time with the guides, very friendly and helpful staff. Services and communication was always professional and enjoyable. It was a pleasant surprise to be complemented with more than agreed services, for example i was surprised with some of the extra activities they had planned which was not in the itinerary, which ended up being one of the best times of the trip! The staff are so friendly and caring, after a day together one forgets they're guides and start becoming friends. I felt well taken care of and cared for the entire trip.
